Job Title: Supply Chain Manager SEA

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee supply chain responsibilities, including resource planning, customer service, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer service team, providing training and setting goals to meet customer requirements.
  • Enhance internal processes for increased efficiency.
  • Provide upskilling opportunities for team members.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals in coordination with the commercial team.
Logistics:
  • Optimize costs and logistics efficiency, including import/export transportation.
  • Plan and monitor logistics flow to hospitals or distributors.
  • Develop logistics and operational budgets with regional teams.
  • Collaborate on customs clearance procedures and import processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of articles.
  • Liaise with vendors on logistics operations.
  • Analyze financial impacts of logistics changes.
Warehouse Management:
  • Oversee warehouse layouts and ensure compliance with legal and sanitary requirements.
  • Maintain warehouse operations in line with health legislation.
  • Control product rotation and expiration.
  • Ensure efficiency in product delivery and receipt.
  • Supervise inventory levels and action plans for near-to-expire products.
  • Conduct environmental audits for warehousing and logistics activities.
  • Manage GDP MDS audit and renewal procedures.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control:
  • Maintain quality standards equivalent to ISO13485.
  • Control documentation from order management to invoicing and purchase to payment.
  • Negotiate with external suppliers for better conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with Vendor Management policies and ethics guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Operations/Logistics, preferably in distribution companies with precision in distribution and delivery (ISO 9000).
