We're expanding our team and seeking a Supply Chain Assistant who can bring value through proactive procurement strategies and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end purchasing: sourcing, quotations, price negotiation, order placement & delivery arrangements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships while monitoring performance
- Source and purchase electrical equipment, spare parts, and electronic components
- Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Collaborate across teams to align procurement with project goals
Who You Are
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in procurement/supply chain
- Strong understanding of sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Possess electrical knowledge, experience in dealing with freight forwarders; coming from marine & offshore industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with paperwork
