Job Title: Order Fulfilment Specialist

This role requires a professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage end-to-end order processing, handle customer inquiries, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can accurately process customer orders, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation of orders, changes, and cancellations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints or escalations in a professional manner, proposing improvements to enhance customer service processes and efficiency, and sharing customer feedback and insights with management to support service or product improvements.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Order Fulfilment or Customer Service.
  • Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with order processing systems; knowledge of SAP S4 is an added advantage.
