Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Business

 

Job Description:
  • Flex Business Strategy Leadership: Develop and enable delivery of the APAC/EU strategic plan for new initiatives and processes that will generate growth.
  • Operating Plan Development: Lead the development of the Flex APAC/EU Operating Plan to identify high-priority, new initiatives and features proposed across APAC/EU, including both features that require and do not require tech work.
  • Technical Prioritization: Advocate for APAC/EU Flex OP initiatives to be prioritized on the roadmap for delivery in the next year by WW technical teams, working in close partnership with WW Flex Program leaders and WW Flex Tech leaders.
  • Think Big Initiatives Development: Lead the development and adoption of processes across APAC/EU to stimulate and successfully iterate on new Think Big ideas to transform the Flex business.
Requirements:

Qualifications:   5+ years of program or project management experience. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams. Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:   2+ years of driving process improvements experience. Master's degree or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing.
