Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

We're seeking a customer-focused Business Growth Strategist to develop their careers in a rewarding, high-performing company. The role involves developing commercial relationships and technical specifications.

The successful candidate will focus on identifying key contacts for targeted projects within key accounts, creating strategies, and executing them to increase sales.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to and being accountable for specification and sales development (direct or indirect), building long-term relationships, and executing business strategies.

Daily Activities Include:

Identifying key contacts for targeted projects within focus accounts, developing standards and specifications with Hilti solutions, and coordinating with the sales team on current and future industry projects.

This is a technical and leadership position within our organization. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales from key accounts.
