**Job Title:** Retail Sales and Live Streaming Specialist**About the Role:    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales and Live Streaming Specialist. This dynamic role involves working in retail as well as live streaming for our brand's channel on various social media platforms.    As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating after-sales orders with logistics teams, sharing and promoting products to viewers through live streaming, achieving monthly sales targets, communicating effectively to customers on all sales promotions, and learning all watch knowledge and able to perform change of watch battery.    Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner, executing merchandising display as per the Installation Guidelines, and maintaining a clean and tidy store presentation.**Requirements:    To succeed in this role, you should have preferred retail or selling watches experience, the ability to work retail hours including shift work, public holidays and weekends, and with live streaming experience preferred.
