Quality Condominium Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) functions for condominium projects, ensuring that all works meet contractual, regulatory, and client requirements while driving a culture of quality excellence across project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and inspection plans in line with project and regulatory requirements.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify workmanship and compliance with approved drawings.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on quality matters.
- Oversee material testing, mock-ups, and commissioning inspections.
- Report regularly to senior management on quality performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of QA experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record in condominium or private residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of BCA regulations, CONQUAS, and industry QA standards.
