This role oversees the quality of construction projects, from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, monitoring subcontractor performance, preparing QA/QC reports, and implementing quality control plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect structural, architectural, and M&E materials/works to ensure final touch-up works are ready for inspections.
  • Regularly inspect works to confirm compliance with method statements and BCA's Good Industry Practice.
  • Monitor subcontractor workers' performance and rectify defects properly.
  • Prepare relevant QA/QC reports.
  • Implement QA/QC plans and ensure PPVC quality before delivery.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a degree related to QA/QC knowledge.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry, particularly in condominium projects.
  • Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance.
