Job Title:

Maintenance Specialist.

  • Assist the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer in the daily operation and maintenance of various equipment.
  • Maintain, operate, and repair electrical wiring fixtures, lighting, panels, control systems, and equipment.
  • Install new electrical wiring fixtures, lighting, panels, control systems, and equipment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and carry out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, ventilation, and emergency generators.
  • Perform shift duties on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management operation & maintenance environment.

Diploma / ITC / NTC in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or Building Certificate from a recognized training Institute.

Excellent problem-solving & interpersonal skills with ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Possesses good analytical & time management skills.
