Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our organization as a Technical Solutions Architect.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions across multiple vendor ecosystems.

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their IT/network requirements and design customized solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and high-level design workshops to align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
  • Develop compelling presentations, proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI responses, and statements of work to drive sales conversions.
  • Provide expert advice on routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, security, and cloud networking to ensure scalable and future-ready infrastructures.
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to deliver cost-optimized proposals and ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities

The following are the key responsibilities of the role:

  1. Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to analyze their IT/network requirements and design customized solutions.
  2. Technical Discovery and Solution Architecture: Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and high-level design workshops to align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
  3. Presentations and Proposals: Develop compelling presentations, proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI responses, and statements of work to drive sales conversions.
  4. Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, security, and cloud networking to ensure scalable and future-ready infrastructures.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to deliver cost-optimized proposals and ensure client success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expert-level certifications (CCNP, CCNA, NSE, PCNSE, etc.) to demonstrate your credibility and thought leadership.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, security, and cloud networking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
