Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Governance Officer to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Risk Management organization, you will play a critical role in overseeing risk-related regulatory and governance matters, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of risk issues, and representing our office in regulatory meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review risk management components of ICAAPs and stress tests in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Coordinate risk-related governance committees and supervise execution of regulatory and Board deliverables.
- Review and understand new or updated applicable risk regulations and lead the implementation of such regulations by all businesses and product groups.
- Act as primary interface and point of contact on behalf of Singapore CRO with all in-country, cluster, and global teams on all regulatory and governance matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA, CPA, or CFA.
- 10+ years of risk experience in a global organization.
- In-depth knowledge of risk policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
