As a Project Finance Business Development Manager at OCBC Bank, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple transactions across sectors in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing Project Finance (PF) and Export Credit Agency (ECA) Finance business in the region, including the origination of new transactions, due diligence, documentation, and execution.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of key sectors, including Renewables, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, infrastructure, etc., as well as the ability to handle complex project structures and commercial, technical, and legal issues found in financing of greenfield as well as brownfield projects.

You will work closely with sector coverage teams in Singapore and overseas branches, as well as other product teams within Global Wholesale Banking, to develop and execute the strategic direction of Structured Finance business.

Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute Project Finance (PF) and Export Credit Agency (ECA) Finance business in the region
  • Originate new transactions in the region, including the assessment of credit risks and structuring; preparation of credit applications, and managing documentation until financial close is achieved
  • Lead the entire credit origination, due diligence, documentation, and execution process
  • Develop and review the strategic direction of Structured Finance business
