We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to fill the role of Community Liaison Specialist. As a face-to-face interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting surveys in public buses and engaging with respondents to gather valuable insights.

- You will utilize technology, such as tablets, to efficiently manage survey data and provide real-time feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in English and an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Tamil, Malay), with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Able to adapt to changing situations, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and technical skills, with experience using tablets or other mobile devices.
