Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operations Executive to lead our Singapore branch's operations and business administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing operational strategies in the architecture and real estate industries, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, leading cross-functional teams, and managing the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall management and oversight of the Singapore branch's operations
  • Formulating and executing operational strategies in the architecture and real estate industries
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Leading cross-functional teams and managing the organization
  • Liaising and reporting to the head office in Japan
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have approximately 15+ years of practical experience in the architecture and real estate industries, particularly in operations management. Proven management experience as an MD or in an equivalent leadership position is required. Strong English and Japanese language proficiency is also essential to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders.
