Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to accurately and efficiently enter data into our database system. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering data from various sources into the database system
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data
  • Sorting and organizing documents for data entry

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential for success in this role.

Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative setting, preferably in a data entry or clerical role, is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
