Expert in Autonomous Systems and Robotics

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our team in the development of advanced autonomous systems and robotics. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of advanced Vision, LIDAR, and Sensor Fusion algorithms (semantic segmentation, object detection, multi-target tracking/prediction).
  • Deploy and optimize models on automotive-grade embedded platforms (NVIDIA Orin, Qualcomm, Horizon).
  • Serve as a technical authority during customer engagements, from requirement definition to field performance validation.
  • Deliver solutions with measurable industrial and commercial impact.

Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree with 10+ years of high-impact engineering experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership in delivering perception/fusion modules from concept to mass production, including customer integration and acceptance.
  • Recognized expertise in multi-sensor fusion (Kalman variants, Bayesian, learning-based) and large-scale perception systems.
  • Strong embedded optimization skills with hands-on experience in production-grade C++ and deep learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Demonstrated success in field-deploying algorithms under safety-critical or high-performance constraints.
  • Portfolio of work showing significant industrial impact — patents, large-scale deployments, or widely adopted technical innovations.
  • Preferred publications in top-tier conferences (CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICRA) or equivalent industrial technical recognition.
  • Proven ability to influence product direction and technology strategy in cross-functional, global teams.
  • Experience managing or mentoring technical teams.
