About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Petroleum Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for timely and accurate communication of cargo nominations to terminals, shipowners, and counterparties, minimizing delays and ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.

This involves constant coordination with storage terminals and vessel operators to monitor loading and discharge operations, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure operations proceed according to plan.

The role requires drafting and reviewing operational clauses in contracts based on deal recaps, ensuring all terms are aligned and executable.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Maritime Studies or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in petroleum product operations.

Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of cargo operations, shipping logistics, and inventory management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
