Business Growth Executive

We are seeking a Business Growth Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development function, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our organization.

Job Description:

As a Business Growth Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives. This will involve developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and crafting innovative solutions to address these challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through research and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and present proposals to clients outlining the value proposition of our services and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and progress toward meeting revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of quota-carrying B2B sales/Business Development experience in a digital agency or MarTech environment.
  • Proven track record of hitting or smashing targets.
  • Ability to discuss SEO/SEM metrics and translate jargon into profit impact for non-marketers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu is a plus for local SME interactions.
  • Growth mindset: self-driven, resilient, keen to learn fast and iterate faster.

Nice-to-Haves:

The following skills and qualifications would be advantageous but not required:

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Singapore grants and how they shorten sales cycles.
  • Existing network among Singapore's SME and mid-market community.
  • Experience selling subscription services or retainer-based solutions.
