Job Title: Site Operations Manager We are seeking a seasoned site operations manager to oversee our construction project in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diaphragm wall construction and be proficient in operating heavy machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the construction process to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors to set up and operate trench cutter desanders and silo plants
- Install pipelines for stability liquid supply
- Monitor and control stabilizer chemicals and disposal plans Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in diaphragm wall construction with LTA project experience
- 10+ years of experience in construction site management, particularly in foundation works
- Strong knowledge of diaphragm wall construction and mechanical systems, especially trench cutters and desander plants
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Desirable Skills:- Leadership and construction management skills
- Experience with risk assessment, safety protocols, and construction regulations
- Proficiency in painting, carpentry, electrical work, and welding
