We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support, including greeting and assisting patients, managing appointments, and handling billing processes. They will also assist doctors with aesthetic procedures and non-invasive treatments, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in patients and visitors
  • Patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Respond to general phone and email enquiries
  • Assist doctor with aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser, botox, fillers) and non-invasive treatments (e.g., RF, HIFU, facials)
  • Handle billing processes and manage inventory
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a CIDESCO diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the healthcare/clinic setting
  • Computer-literate

About the Role:

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary package, including basic salary and performance bonus. The working hours are 5.5 days per week, from Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings.
