Job Description

We are seeking a passionate educator who can effectively coach Learn to Swim students and Swim Physical Education classes for children aged 3 and above. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our curriculum, attending in-house training programs, and maintaining a professional image as an ambassador of the Epic Swim brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach Learn to Swim students according to our Epic Swim curriculum
  • Coach Swim Physical Education students according to our Epic Swim curriculum
  • Attend Epic Swim's in-house training program and attach to senior coaches prior to coaching independently
  • Provide timely feedback to parents on the progress of their child, and record student log
  • Attend regular workshops and courses, and use learnings to continuously improve coaching skills
  • Fulfill administrative tasks related to the program; e.g. meet entries, attendance report, student performance tracking, and minutes of attended workshops
  • Maintain a professional image as an ambassador of the Epic Swim brand
  • Participate actively in our coaches community

Requirements:

  • Possession of a strong passion for sports and teaching young children
  • Demonstrated team player with an open mindset to learning and improving
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required to attend Epic Swim's in-house training program and fulfill 60 hours of coaching practical attachment
