Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop. This includes managing staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to train and motivate staff members.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Coffee Shop Assistant Supervisor will also be required to:

  • Prepare and serve beverages, including traditional coffee and tea.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is sufficient for daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be expected to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, and be available to cover shifts as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good work ethics and the ability to multitask.
  • The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to possess a range of skills, including:

  • Cashiering and POS system operation.
  • Inventory management.
  • Customer service and complaint resolution.
