About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our concession operations team as a Data Insights Specialist. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and increasing revenue for our concession operations team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales trends and provide actionable insights. You will also work closely with our data analytics team to develop and maintain predictive models that identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards to analyze and generate sales trends and insights for management reporting.
- Work closely with our data analytics team to develop and maintain predictive models that identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain reports that track sales trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and achieve goals.

Requirements:
- Degree holder – preferably in Business/Data Analytics/Economics.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics and Sales Reporting is preferred. Candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
- Competence in MS Office software, especially Excel, is required. Familiar with business intelligence tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) and advantageous to be well versed with programming tools (e.g., Python, SQL, etc.).
- Analytical with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communicator who can clearly verbalize, write, and present data across to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative with accuracy and attention to detail.
