Product Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving strategic goals into actionable product requirements and user stories. As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a public-facing digital platform with wide-scale visibility and long-term impact.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, UX, and operations to take ideas from concept through to delivery and adoption. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing roadmaps, prioritising tasks, and planning releases to meet business objectives
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and positioning
  • Collaborating with UX designers to shape user journeys and experiences
  • Partnering with engineering teams to deliver releases on time and within budget
  • Driving go-to-market, adoption, and usage strategies to maximise product impact
  • Managing vendor relationships, contracts, service/change requests, and support incident/problem resolution
  • Engaging with stakeholders across technical and business functions to align on goals and deliverables
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in digital product management, including product planning, scoping, and delivery
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across departments
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, with exposure to CI/CD practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS), user authentication and identity management
  • Bonus: experience in data analytics and/or visualisation tools
