Senior Quality Control Specialist

As a key member of our Audit Team, you will support the Head of Quality Control in operational and compliance audits to ensure adherence to our quality management system, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: Plan and conduct risk assessments and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify quality control gaps and verify the effectiveness and timeliness of controls. Recommend improvements to enhance controls and quality standards across service lines.
  • Audit Reviews: Perform independent reviews of audit engagements before finalization. Analyze root causes and monitor corrective actions for quality and risk issues.
  • Team Development: Train and develop team members to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Audit Experience: 5-8 years in a large international or professional services firm.
  • Quality Reviews: Experience in quality reviews and internal audits preferred.
  • Skillset: Ability to work independently with strong project management and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff and management.
