Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business plans and marketing strategies, as well as providing sales support and assistance to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Business Planning: Develop and implement regional business plans and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support and assistance to our sales team, including sales forecasting, sales enquiries, and sales reporting.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and track the progress of regional business achievement and provide regular updates to management.
  • Reporting: Consolidate and prepare regional business progress reports and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and planning skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Access and Excel, and proficient in both English and Japanese.
  • Experience: Experience in sales planning and/or marketing for industrial industry preferred, but candidates with no relevant experience but shows keen interest may apply.
