    Your Responsibilities

    1. Lead the Organization: Motivate and guide the team as the Visionary Leader - SalesOS Director, driving growth and expansion.
    2. Operational Ownership: Take charge of all day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
    3. Results-Driven Approach: Focus on logic-driven decision-making, drive results, and provide cadence to the teams.
    4. Profit and Loss Responsibility: Own the P&L over time, making informed decisions to ensure the success of the business.
    5. Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time role requiring dedication and exclusive commitment to growing, building, and owning the ATLAS SalesOS.

    Requirements

    • Domain Knowledge: Possess relevant domain expertise in Sales & Lead Generation (optional).

    Compensation Package:

    We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a significant profit share in the business. This package is designed to reward performance and incentivize long-term growth.
