Job Title: Installation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Installation Manager to oversee the installation of various systems, including security, communication, and electrical infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are carried out in accordance with approved specifications, managing site records, and monitoring site safety.

  • Maintain accurate records of daily progress reports, photos, and survey reports;
  • Coordinate and check quality of M&E works (security system -door access, alarm, CCTV), ELV, PA, structured cabling (fibre and network cabling, server rack system, network system) on site;
  • Manage, monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-house workers;
  • Ensure all defects reported are rectified with quality;

This role requires strong project management, risk management, and leadership skills, as well as experience in ELV (CCTV, Access Control, PA, cabling). A minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related subject is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related subject;
  • At least 3 years of experience in ELV (CCTV, Access Control, PA, cabling);
  • Strong project management, risk management, and leadership skills;
