- Supervise hiring, recruiting, and training needs for installation staff.
- Schedule appointments and work with top-profile client accounts.

- Support General Manager with responsibilities of P&L for office.
- Facilitate support for new business strategies and opportunities.
- Provide everyday leadership to all employees within the installer department.
- Comply with management communications and reporting as requested.
- Execute supervisory responsibility complying with the organization’s policy as well as applicable laws.
- Liaise with several departments related to installation projects.
- Ensure to select and qualify installation vendors.
- Head responsibility to plan, schedule, oversee, and remotely manage all aspects of the enterprise’s network of entire maintenance vendors and certified installers.
- Head responsibility for follow-up of resolving customer satisfaction for sure.
- Ensure conformance to client specifications plus company requirements.
