Early Intervention Specialist Opportunity

This role is open to highly skilled and compassionate professionals who can provide individualized early intervention and learning support to children with developmental delays, learning difficulties, or special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized intervention plans tailored to each child's unique learning profile and developmental goals, incorporating evidence-based practices in communication, motor skills, social interaction, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to monitor progress, adapt strategies, and ensure holistic support for the child.
  • Provide guidance and training to parents and caregivers to enhance the child's learning and development outside of sessions.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification in early intervention or special needs education is preferred (e.g., Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention - Special Needs).
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs or developmental delays in a one-to-one setting.
