Job Role: Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the coordination and management of civil, structural, and architectural works for high-tech facilities.

  • Coordinate and manage CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works for high-tech facilities including semiconductor fabs, data centers, and cleanrooms.
  • Assist the CSA Manager or Project Manager in planning, executing, and completing CSA scope on time and within budgetary guidelines.
  • Review and validate CSA drawings, specifications, and construction documents ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Monitor on-site CSA construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal disciplines to resolve technical and site issues effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure timely completion of works as per schedule and quality standards.
  • Support procurement of CSA-related materials and coordinate subcontractor activities.
  • Track and report CSA progress, issues, and deliverables to project management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects.
  • Familiarity with local codes and regulations.
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, construction site environment.
