Project Coordination Lead

The Project Coordination Lead oversees the management and operations of a project, ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and coordinating project activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring project resources, such as manpower, transportation, and tools.
  • Attending regular site coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Preparing and submitting progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to local specifications, such as Singapore Standards and Code of Practices.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience is necessary.
  • Strong project management knowledge and skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and lead a team is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training or certification in project management is beneficial.
  • Safety training in line with MOM regulations is advantageous.
