Job Title: Programme Management Expertise
About the RoleWe invite you to join our programme control team in shaping Singapore's aviation future. As part of the Changi East Programme Control Division, you will support tracking construction packages to ensure they are on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Drive programme packaging, procurement and contracting strategies.
- Manage scope and interface management, change management, and cost control for projects related to Changi East.
- Analyze, visualize, and report schedule and cost indicators with project managers, contract administrators, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Infrastructure and Project Management, Built Environment, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in project or contract management of large-scale infrastructure projects (fewer years may be considered for an Assistant Manager role).
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in construction cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team.
This is a 3-year contract position.
