Optimize Production Processes for Efficiency and Excellence.

We seek a skilled professional to analyze and enhance our production processes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, collaborating with the plant manager, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the plant manager to implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance activities.
  • Ensure smooth and safe operation in plant operations.
  • Develop training programs for operational staff on manufacturing processes.
  • Investigate and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norms.
  • Recommend improvements to plant processes.
  • Plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with external vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Assist the plant manager in verifying equipment integrity after maintenance.
  • Perform regular plant safety inspections.
  • Execute instructions on special projects assigned by the deputy factory manager.
  • Issue and approve permit-to-work systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for operational staff as per the department's training program.
  • Establish, implement, monitor, communicate, and document risk assessments in the workplace according to WSH requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Process Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Process Manufacturing Industry.
