Job Description:

TecStation PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion and growth through strategic partnerships, alliances, and new market development.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish channels and expand customer base rapidly, maintain customer relationship;
* Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
* Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
* Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
* Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
* Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
* Developing quotes and proposals for clients;
* Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand;
* Explore business opportunities in blockchain technology via social media and other platforms;
* Able to produce and edit publicize brochure;
* Understand and explore customer needs, propose product optimization plans, enhance customer experience;
* Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Requirements:
* At least Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field with 2 years of working experience in building strategic alliances, partnerships and business development;
* Knowledge of technologies, metaverse and blockchain/web3 will be a plus;
* Strong interpersonal skills and IT fluency will be a plus;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
* Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
* Excellent organizational skills;
* Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
