Senior Insurance Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Drive end-to-end implementation of platform solutions for provider management, claims, and fraud detection across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform capabilities and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Act as single point of contact for client interactions, including requirement validation and change requests.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in health or life insurance domain, with at least 5 years focused on platform implementation.
  • Strong understanding of provider lifecycle management, claims processing, and fraud detection techniques.
  • Proven experience leading workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify solution gaps and recommend platform enhancements based on industry benchmarks and competitive analysis.
  • Lead requirement workshops with business and IT stakeholders to translate domain needs into clear platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to ensure platform features align with customer needs and delivery timelines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional, multi-country environments.
