We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and work closely with clients to identify new business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business leads and converting them into revenue-generating opportunities
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop strategic plans and execute tactics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years' sales experience in the construction materials, lighting, electrical, or interior design sectors
  • Proven experience in business development, client management, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools, a plus
