We are looking for an experienced Banking Systems Expert to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing system analysis, conducting user requirement gathering, preparing system definition and analysis paper, and training operations team to handle follow-up procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system analysis, conduct user requirement gathering, and prepare system definition and analysis paper.
- Update and document program specifications, create and maintain reports for user departments, and train operations team to handle follow-up procedures.
- Liaise with software vendors and Head Office on pending items such as error log and user request status.
- Support users on implementation of 3rd party application systems and subsequent post-implementation support.
- Compile and update the computer security policy and manuals.
What You Will Need:
- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in SWIFT and its products such as Alliance Access, Basic Tracker, Payment Control System, and Alliance Lifeline.
