Expert System Maintainer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Specialist to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of training simulator systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for training simulator systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with simulator systems, including hardware and software components.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in training simulator systems or similar technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of systems, including hardware and software components with proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
