Admin Support Professional


You will be responsible for managing administrative duties and providing clerical support to ensure efficient business operations. Your role will include tasks such as mail management, warehousing of documents, and operational tasks for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, and Recordals.

  • Manages mails – physical mails, emails, and courier services
  • Manages warehousing of documents
  • Performs operational tasks for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, and Recordals (prepares, files, reports, and bills applications)
  • Monitors deadlines for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, and Recordals
  • Updates status of Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, and Recordals
  • Issues bills for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, and Recordals
  • Performs other administrative duties and projects when assigned
Qualifications
  • GCE 'O' Levels (preferably with credit in English)
  • Intellectual property/trademark experience and knowledge of procedures in Singapore/abroad would be advantageous
  • For entry-level candidates, prior experience is not a must as training will be provided


We are looking for an experienced Admin Support Professional who can perform various administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
