Job Opportunity:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve performing various retail tasks, including cashier duties, receiving and inspecting incoming goods, and participating in shop housekeeping activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Ensure visual merchandising displays are maintained and restock shelves as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas of the store.
  • Participate in cleaning and tidying up the store to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
  • Familiarity with sales and retail operations is preferred but not required.
