**Job Title:**

Machine Learning and Data Science Graduate Program

We are seeking highly motivated graduates in Computer Science, engineering or quantitative field to join our Machine Learning and Data Science team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock growth.


Job Description:

As a graduate in our program, you will work on projects that involve building global logistics and warehousing networks, improving operations efficiency and reducing operational costs using data analysis, machine learning and operations research methods.

You will also create supply chain data portraits and knowledge graphs in dimensions such as vendors, commodity, place of origin, inventory, production capacity and fulfillment quality. This will enable you to predict user needs across countries/regions, guide inventory preparation and fulfillment, implement effective pricing, and optimize platform efficiency and user experience through diverse supply chain collaboration.

Additionally, you will optimize merchant/merchandise supply by mining high-quality global merchant leads, establishing outreach and conversion mechanisms to drive merchant growth, providing continuous incubation and support after onboarding, tracking international e-commerce trends and content trends, identifying best-selling product leads, and collaborating with the supply chain system to build systematic product growth and operation capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in machine learning and statistics, familiar with common ML/DL algorithms for classification, regression, and clustering, with practical application experience.
  • Proficient in Python/Java, strong coding abilities, and familiarity with at least one ML/DL framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.).
