Strategic Event Experience Curator

We are seeking a visionary leader to create and execute a dynamic calendar of events and experiences across various settings.

This role combines strategic storytelling, artistic collaboration, and guest experience design to deliver enchanting moments for our guests.

You will orchestrate experiences that span from intimate gatherings to theatrical premieres to creative talks—transforming spaces into unique destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and curate a yearly program and event calendar that engages diverse audiences, leveraging a network of global presenters, venues, festivals, entertainment, and event agents.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process for events, ensuring seamless execution while collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and creative partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with target audiences to expand our network, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies that enhance event offerings and drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with organizational goals, while also identifying and executing quick-fix solutions to ensure continued progress.
  • Work collaboratively with food and beverage and operations teams to optimize staffing strategies and ensure all potential revenue streams are fully leveraged during events.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience in creative direction, cultural programming, or hospitality/events leadership.
  • Demonstrated success curating multifaceted programs that blend art, entertainment, and lifestyle.
  • Strong network of creatives, performers, and collaborators across industries.
  • Exceptional project management, ideation, and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of experiential branding and guest experience innovation.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders and building consensus across departments.
