About the Role

As a Facilities Operations Specialist at JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance to the Facilities Manager in the delivery of services related to maintenance, operations, vendor management, finance, contracts, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with the Scope of Work as defined in the Service Agreement and operate accordingly.
  • Responsible for delivering services in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
  • Achieve key performance indicators and service level agreement targets.
  • Ensure that the operational and technical requirements of the site are met, maintaining current service agreements to provide necessary supplies and services.
  • Be the key contact for technical issues at the site.
  • Establish engineering and operational procedures and roll them out to site staff.
  • Implement energy management programs to reduce utility costs.
  • Initiate a system to measure quality of performance on a quarterly basis.
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
  • Early involvement in facilities operations and provide advisory services during site inspections and project development.
  • Solution provision for minor projects and coordination with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion.
  • Manage M&E scope of projects to ensure quality and deliverables within stipulated timeframes.
  • Plan and take responsibility for smooth operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations, and civil works.
  • 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required.
  • Develop and implement innovation programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity, and savings.
  • Continuous optimization of processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Ensure alignment and compliance to established policies and standard operating procedures for the management of the client's critical environment.
  • Proper engineering documentation and adherence to change management controls.
  • Protect the health and safety of staff and others by adhering to and developing guidelines and strategies.
  • Compliance with government regulations, statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards.
  • Participation in company programs and audit initiatives.
  • Adherence to company business conduct by ensuring compliance with guidelines, procedures, and strategies.
  • Managing contract vendors to carry out technical audits/maintenance for all installations as scheduled.
  • Conduct audits to ensure that all safety procedures, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and escalation procedures are in place and maintained.
  • Participation in client-initiated EHS, BCP, and ERT programs.
  • Monthly operation and maintenance reports to clients.
