Job Summary


Sentosa Retail Operations Director is a key role in the retail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing site operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Manage site operations, including opening and closing procedures, daily cash handling, and security protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, making recommendations for future product offerings and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of retail experience with 2+ years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
