- Communicate effectively with clinic staff for patient visit details or payment concerns, fostering strong relationships.
- Ensure that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Maintain stock levels at the cashier counter and stationery supplies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level qualifications.
- Advantageous to have prior cashiering experience, demonstrating your ability to adapt and grow with our organisation.
