We are seeking an experienced professional to support governance and compliance functions for our organization. This role is ideal for candidates with in-house experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Prepare Board/Shareholder resolutions, ACRA/MAS filings, and maintain statutory records.
- Organize and support Board and management meetings, including agenda setting, minutes drafting, and logistics.
