Beverage Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Beverage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.

You will be required to utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served. Additionally, you will provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly, and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

Your role will involve accurately processing customer orders, handling cash and electronic payments, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area.

You will also be responsible for ensuring sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, and communicating inventory needs to management.

As a Beverage Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be expected to work regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Responsible and highly motivated individual with regular and punctual attendance.
  • Prior working experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not mandatory but added advantage. Training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills for processing payment and handling cash transactions.
  • Able to work and collaborate as a team to achieve outlet targets and to ensure smooth operational process.
  • Flexibility to work varies shifts, work evening, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
