Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Director to join our team and contribute to shaping and implementing strategies that promote mental wellbeing across the cluster.

  • The successful candidate will support the Group Director of Staff Wellness in envisioning and formulating short, medium and long-term staff wellness strategies.
  • They will analyse, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff mental wellness initiatives and programmes.
  • Our ideal candidate will manage the development and building of frameworks, programmes and initiatives to support staff in distress.
  • They will educate and empower staff on aspects of staff mental wellness and resilience.
  • The Senior Assistant Director will lead special events/activities to facilitate awareness building and capacity development amongst staff.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with at least 12 years of experience in healthcare or related field. Strong leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills are essential for success in this position.
