Job Description:

As a retail crew member, you will serve as a customer service ambassador in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that shelves are well-stocked and regularly dusted and cleaned.

Maintaining store cleanliness is crucial, and you must promptly address low stock levels. You will also process cash transactions, handle refunds and exchanges, and manage customer complaints professionally.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the reporting manager to create visually appealing store displays and communicate effectively regarding discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

In this role, you will receive training and support to help you succeed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
